y<x<w - subtract y
0 < x-y < w-y
Sufficient
Look at 1:
x+y < 0
w+x < 0
x = -1, y = -2, w = -1 : w-y = 1 > 0
x = -1, y = -2, w = -3 : w-y = -1 <0
Insufficient
