I was just recently wait listed at UT and won't hear back until May 1. Does anyone know if schools usually accept a lot people off the waitlist? And should I accept another school before then just in case?

I'm not sure about the waitlist. It seems like you would hear back before May 1st though. My understanding is that the acceptance of admission does not become binding until April 15th. So if you wanted to switch to TX before April 15th you will likely be able to do so.

Have you interviewed with USC? They are a great program as well. I had my interview the other day and will hear back next week.

i just interviewed with USC last thursday so I should be hearing back this week.
