From S1 we get:
total distance = 26
total time = 2.5 hours
(insuff)

From S2 we get:
distance = last 15 miles
time = 1.5 hours
(insuff)

combining S1 and S2:
First part of the race 26-15= 11 miles
Time taken 2.5 - 1.5 = 1 hour
So Speed = 11m/hr

They ask for the average. So C it is
