Females, I'd highly recommend applying for the "Weekend for Women" event, which usually happens at the beginning of November. It's a great event for prospective students and also an opportunity to interview ahead of time. I had a great experience and got a lot of great insight by attending the event; info that other applicants might not have had...definitely a leg up in the application process. Also, other schools have similar events so would highly recommend looking into those for your schools. A simple google search with "school name, women, prospective" should give you results. Good luck! :)
