Weird profile evaluation

First of all I would like to start off by thanking all the mods and active members of this website- especially bb, Bunuel, AlexMBAApply, Fluke and Ian Stewart. Your posts have been invaluable I am a long time lurker but haven't posted much. This is my chance.
I call this topic as weird because I am aiming for top schools but honestly I don't think I have a chance making it to them. Here's why: GMAT1-560, GMAT2-600. Verbal scores killed me on both the occasions. After getting to know my GMAT scores you probably wouldn't even reply to this thread but as always I am optimistic.
I know I am too ambitious but would like to get a honest(frank to be precise) profile evaluation. I have a Masters in Computers(more on this further) and love mathematics. The main reason why I want to pursue a MBA even though I have a MS deg is because I cannot imagine myself in a technical role few years down the line. I am inclined to learn about the core business and build on it. In the future I want to pursue a career in Finance, more on the likes of either Asset Management or Investment Banking. I am thinking of applying for lower half of top-20 schools for Fall 2012. Schools like-
NYU
Darden
UCLA
CMU
Duke
Kelley
UNC
Considering my profile below, what do you think? Is there something I could do better?
Work Ex: 3.5 Year of experience in Electronic and Algorithmic trading technologies in Equities/Futures at a major Investment Bank in New York(I might have some of my co-workers on this forum so I want to keep it a low key and not mention the company's name). I am involved in implementing and designing algo strategies(financial software is what I do).
Masters: 3.44/4 GPA - M.S in Computer and Electrical Engineering from SUNY-Stony Brook.
Undergrad: 3.1/4 GPA- Bachelors in Electronics and Comn. from a university in Bangalore.(I am an Indian born, New York living creature)
Misc: I have a chapter published in a technical book authored by my prof during my MS. I have co-authored an analysis on Dark pools and Implementation shortFall while taking up Computational Finance during the same period.
Extra-Curricular Activites: I played Table Tennis for my state back in India. I am an active volunteer of the imentor.org, Nycares and Achilles Walk.
Any other Target schools recommendations?
Thanks for the advice. I am willing to absorb anything you lay on me.
