Well qualified, but little work experience, help!

I'm looking for some opinions on what kind of program I could get into, here are my basic stats!
Graduated from University of Kansas, majored in Finance
Overall GPA 3.49, Professional GPA (biz classes) is closer to 3.8
I worked in corporate finance, as a "financial analyst" in the manufacturing industry for only 1 year 3 months before being laid off
GMAT Score: practice tests are showing 730, so I'm going to go with that score as an assumption for now, also score of 6 on AWA
I have some decent extracurriculars, treasurer of a business club in college, member of a number of other clubs
FWIW, I would like to think I interview well and make a good first impression
I'm also a white male...I don't know whether that can make things more challenging, I know business schools want diversity so this might be working against me...
So those are the basics...how far do you think a 730 gmat can take me with my little work experience? I'm doubting I can crack the top 10, think U. Texas (ranked in top 20) would let me in? Thanks in advance for any opinions/responses!
