Hello,
I'm trying to get some advice on Wharton Game Plan. I think I've missd all deadlines for 2005 to even apply for R3 in Wharton. I'd be applying next year 2006. Wharton is my number one choice . How risky is it to have only one school applied to in next year round 1. I'm applying from the ever ultra competitive Indian pool with a profile of having 9 years in various leadership roles, a GPA of 3.3/4 from a top 10 school , though I've a score above the average of Wharton 780 with 49Q and 51V I'm concerned my Quant score is low for their standards. Would that be a problem? If yes then are there ways I can correct the issue somehow in the 5-6 months Ive left? Ive an engineering degree so it is actually ironic I'm worried about Quant.
What other things are missing from the Wharton Game Plan . Maybe a Wow factor is missing ? Or probably the app looks too average in my pool. ANy advice would be appreciated.
Don't think for a second that your quant score is in any way a problem. Your GMAT, including the quant is excellent.
As far as the wow factor or other elements to your profile, you are going to need to distinguish yourself from other engineers; you don't necessarily need a WOW! Here are some resources that will help you bring out the unique elements of your story:

Good luck!
