Quick content question on the Wharton interpersonal challenge essay. Are you guys writing about a difficult relationship (e.g. a difficult or non-cooperative coworker)? Or can these essays also be about individual incidents (like a really poorly conducted meeting where no one wanted to see it your way, and you went and somehow turned it around)?

I feel like the question is pretty broad and can capture both types of "challenging interpersonal experiences", but reading online about examples, I really only see long-term relationships being written about.

Basing this off of the webinar from yesterday, I would assume the interpretation of the essay's topic is up to you. If you feel that a one time event is more relevant to the prompt than a long standing relationship with a peer then write about that.
