What all is needed to get into Babson?

Hey Stacy,
I'm Planning to apply for Babson MBA-2015.What are the chances of getting in with my profile?
Profile: BE(Food Processing Technology)
GMAT: 560 (Q:49, V:17) AWA 5.0
TOEFL: 92
GPA: 3.3
Exp: 1 yr (in fall-2015)
I am working in my dad's company which is basically a food firm. As I aim to become a Technopreneur, I need to get admitted to Babson MBA(Entrepreneurship). I request you to share some light on what all is needed to get in there. I started 3 projects after analyzing the status of market and company. Being a Food Engineer I have quite a grip over the technical part but when it came to the core market terms, my knowledge was lacking so I realized the need of course which can increase my ability to manage the company in a better and most efficient way possible. After exploring in this field, I found the perfect score matching my requirements.
Also, does the chances of getting admitted increases if my essays provide my goals of starting new projects in company and the requirement of Babson MBA for the same.
EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:
•Represented college in 5 sports tournament held by GTU(Gujarat Technological University), over the course of 3 years(2012-2014) and secured runners-up position in atleast 3 of them.
•Represented college in Kabbaddi Tournament held by GTU (2012) and got selected for national level tournament.
• Designed and Conducted a non-technical food based event, CRYPTOCIBUS in SPECTRUM’12(a national level tech-fest).
• Organised Education tour for class to visit an International food expo, AAHAR’13(2013).
• Have worked as a Non-technical Head in International tech-fest, SHASHVAT’14 hosted by ADIT(GTU).
VOLUNTEERING ACTIVITIES:
• Have worked with Bachhpan NGO, Anand, Gujarat,India.
• Working as a volunteer with AKDN (AgaKhan Development Network).
NEW PRODUCT FORMULATIONS
• Formulated “MEDIPASTE”, a spread made up of Apple, Beetroot and Carrot beneficial for cancer patients .
• Formulated “AAROGYAM UNNOVAM”, a complete nutrition soup mix for AIDS patients.
TRAININGS AND WORKSHOP
• Persuaded summer training at Guajart Laborateries, Ahmedabad for 3 weeks.
• Persuaded summer training at Makson Pharmaceuticals, Surendranagar for 3 weeks.
• Had done Industrial day training program in Meghmani Finechem ltd.,Dahej, Gujarat.
• Attended 21 days workshop based on Entrepreneurship Development sponsored by EDII, Ahmadabad.

• Undertaking External Diploma in Value Added Products from Fruits and Vegetables (DVAPFV) from a distant learning institute, IGNOU(Indira Gandhi National Open University).
ACADEMIC PROJECT:
Title: Design & Fabrication of Horizontal Microfilm Heat Exchanger for Candy Syrup Cooking.
Description: With demand for high-end confectionary going up, India is becoming an attractive place for foreign investments with large multinational companies entering the Indian chocolate and confectionery market. With a well-integrated production line machineries, a tremendous opportunity lies for these industries in India. Present Production line in Indian confectionery market mainly consists of vertical heat exchanger in cooking section. In Vertical type cooker, the product gets accumulated at the bottom and non-uniform cooking of candy syrup mass takes place, making uneven distribution of flavour and colour. Introduction of Horizontal Microfilm Heat exchanger enables rapid cooking due to its horizontal alignment. The consumption of horizontal microfilm alignment is too low in Indian market.
The project provides a complete design and fabrication of pilot scale horizontal microfilm heat exchanger.
