What are my chances?

Hi everyone,
First of all, I want to say this website is the best. Secondly, I've been trying to figure out what to do in the past two years and I've been depressed, because I can't get break into any type of career in the financial markets. Also, some of you have advised me to work for a few years and then apply to graduate school (MBA or MSF). However, what are my chances if I really want to start attending graduate school next year?
Here is my situation:
I have a degree from a Big 10 school. GPA below 3.0 and with hard work, I can break the 700 level on the GMAT. I have about 9 months of work experience. I am fluent in 3 languages and to make my application stronger, plan to take a few math courses online. From an accredit school, of course. Would it be possible for me to get an MBA from a top 50 school and if not, what about from big name schools with lower MBA rankings? What about alternatives? MSF or other management programs? Basically, as I pointed out, I really want to go back to school to transition into the field of finance, but I also want to get into a decent program. What is your suggestion, if hypothetically, my only option was going back to school?
