I'm interested in obtaining a post-finance MBA from one of the top 10 business schools. What are my chances?

I'm Pakistani/Myanmar/American
Undergraduate University: University of Michigan--Ann Arbor
GPA overall: 3.6
GMAT: 690
4 years of experience as a financial analyst
IB internship at Goldman Sachs

I'd say you have a shot at the top 10, although they would improve significantly if you could get the GMAT score up 20-30 points.

Maybe.
But it depends on lots of other stuff. You haven't given enough info for us to give you a solid evaluation. How much leadership do you have? How many promotions? What extra curricular? What volunteer work? Any political involvement? Leadership outside of work?? etc.
