What are my chances of getting in Harvard? [#permalink]

I'm going for Harvard MBA in 2006 and would like to have some honest feedback on my chances of getting in my dream program.
Here are my stats:
UG 3.0/4.0 in Computer Engineering from a top 10 engineering school
(Got some other priorities at college)
3.4/4.0 MS in Comp. Eng. from University of Illinois at Chicago
3.9/4.0 MS in Comp. Sci. from University of Chicago
3.8/4.0 MS in Comp. Sci. from USC (Yes, I've got three MS degrees)
Six year expereince as a software engineer with IBM. Will turn 30 at the year of matriculation.
Other activities: President of an Engineering Student Association, founded tutoring program at local libraries, serve in an IBM's Business Council formed to promote professional development among employees.
You didn't mention anything that would definitely keep you out of HBS. Obviously your UG GPA is a little low, but the GMAT helps. Based on the information you provided, you sound like an average applicant who will need to work very hard on your essays and recommendations. _________________
