What are my chances of getting into Kellogg?

3.2 GPA in Finance from Florida State University
690 GMAT score
3 years of work experience at a fortune 500 company
born in Cuba, fluent in Spanish, minored in French

Please let me know if you think I have legitimate chance or if I'm just dreaming...

And is there anything else I should be focusing on to increase my chances?

You always have a chance when you try is what I believe in. How much time do you have in hand to prepare for the application is however vital to you. However, your UG GPA is kinda low from a non-Ivy League school and your GMAT is average for Kellogg. Your background however is unique with your language skills - I'd say give it a try and good luck.
