For someone with 2-3 years of solid experience out of undergrad in strategy consulting, is it worth the paycut to try to climb the ranks within Goog?
I think it could be interesting ... the co exudes a positive vibe. One thing I would be wary of is the tech culture. I am a firm believer that you should see the top guys at a place and their background to get a sense of what types of backgrounds get rewarded. Google is still a CS/Comp Engr/etc type of place IMHO.
