I just took it... but I am not sure wether the applicant wish is the most important for BS: after all, they have to make money, and have international recognition (and prestige): I think it is the best way for them to attract people.

Yes, but at the same time, if a school is not catering to the applicants needs, the money goes elsewhere (a lot of assumptions here but still)
