Actually your question has different views. The deferral process is little bit complicated. Firstly, you need to for FAQ and look for answer to that question. Most schools accept deffer based on solid ground such as sever family circumstances, visa delay for international process and maybe you situation. However, you can defer for one year only. In all cases you need to write a letter to deffer. In your case you need to be strategic and smart, you should state reason that new job will bolster your career in certain ways. If the new job allows you to travel outside your country, do not hesitate to add it at all. Try to show the connection between your new job and the MBA program when you return back next. The adcom will expect you to mention what the new job will change in your job, role, leadership, technical skills, quantitative skills.
Regarding your question about applying after 2 years, it is something yu can determine based on you career aspirations, years of experience, quality of jobs and organizations, your age now and after 2 years...etc. However, I do not know how the school will deal with you but I think (not sure) they won't hate you or black list you, especially you can state how new job or experience to shape your vision. Also some schools deal with re-applicants as new applicant such as Tuck, UNC. Other school just ask you yo send a letter to consider you in the new application year, provided that you have applied in just one year before, for example Kelley does that.
