What is the average (arithmetic mean) of 11 integers?

(1) The average of the first 9 integers is 7.
(2) The average of the last 9 integers is 9.

Statement 1:
Tells us average of first 9 integers is 7 => their sum is 63. But remaining 2 digits can be anything so this statement alone is not sufficient.

Statement 2:
Tells us average of last 9 integers is 9 => their sum is 81. But remaining 2 digits can be anything so this statement alone is not sufficient.

Combining these 2 statement is not going to help either as although we have sum of first 2 and last two numbers included in total sum (63 + 81), however this does contain twice the common 7 terms.

So this question cannot be answered using these to statements.
