2) The average of the last 9 integeres is 9

From 1
If n is the 1st term then n + 8 is the 9th teram..the average of 9 terms
[n + (n + 8)]/2 = 7 calculate the 1st teram...n = 3
so the series is 3,4,5,...13

From 2
same logic in reverse order
..if last term is m then 9th from last is m -8
so [m + (m - 8)]/2 = 9 => m = 13
so the series is 3,4,5,...13
