a leap year has 366 days which are 52 full weeks plus 2 days.

the chance that one of these is a sunday 2/7

To elaborate, the 2 days can be any of the following combinations

Sun,Mon
Mon,Tue
Tue,Wed
Wed,Thu
Thu,Fri
Fri,Sat
Sat,Sun

The probability of getting a Sunday/Monday/Tuesday... is 2/7.
