What is the ratio of the number of cups of flour to the number of cups of sugar required in a certain cake recipe?

(1) The number of cups of flour required in the recipe is 250 percent of the number of cups of sugar required in the recipe

(2) 3/2 more cups of flour than cups of sugar are required in the recipe

Note:
- Is "3/2 more cups of flour than cups of sugar" be equated to "cups of flour=5/2(cup of sugar)"?

1. ratio of f:s can be calculated---> 2.5f:s--->5:2 Suff.
2. total unknown insuff.

No, 3/2 more cups = 1.5 more cups. 1.5 more cups does not equal to 1.5 times as many cups.
