(1) When X is rounded to the nearest thousandth the result is 0.455

(2) The thousandth digit of X is 5

C it should be..


I: 0.455 can be 0.4549 or 0.4552 - Insufficient
II: InSufficient

Together.. it is sufficient as the thousand's digit is 5.
