What is the result when x is rounded to the nearest hundredth?

(1) When x is rounded to the nearest thousandth the result is 0.455.

(2) The thousandth digit of x is 5.

1). 0.4548 and 0.4552 satisfy the first condition but result in 0.45 and 0.46. Insufficient.
2) insufficient

1&2. only 0.46 works. sufficient.
