sqrt(3^(6x-4)) = ( 3^(6x-4) )^1/2 = 3^(3x-2).

= square root of 3^(6x-4)
= [3^(6x-4)]^1/2
= 3^{(6x/2)-(4/2)}
= 3^{(3x)-(2)}
= 3^(3x-2)
