1) Middle integer is zero.

2) Exactly 2 of the integers are negative

A?

1) Suff... numbers evenly spaced from 0 on both sides will cancel out.
2) Insuff ... e.g. -5,-2,1,4,7 are evenly spaced (by 3). And -6,-3,0,3,6 are also evenly spaced by 3. Sum in both cases is different.
