What is the tens digit of positive integer x?
1. x divided by 100 has remainder of 30
2. x divided by 110 has remainder of 30

should be A.

Stat 1 says x=100k+30, i.e. x=130,230,330, etc. The tens digit is always 3. Suff.

Stat 2 says x=110k+30, i.e. x=140, 250, 360, etc. The tens digit is changing. Insuff.
