B

1-- gives the hundreds digit.

2--- gives tenth digit.

1: could be 300 or 330 Insuff.

2: 10* any integer just adds another 0. So essentially we know the tens digit is 6.

r = abc
b=?

1. r/10 =ab.c, and the tens digit of r/10 is a =3, says nothing about b --->insufficient
2. 10r=abc0, and the hundreds digit of 10r is b =6, --> sufficient

I totally missed the role of the "10" in the question. so if it is r/10, and the tens digit is 3, then we know that the 3 just shifted one place to the right, so that's why we will know it's the hundred digit.

...and the same with 10r, the digits are shifted to the left.

Much easier than I realized..... Thanks everyone!
