should be A-33.

Just do 100/3. for every three numbers there is a 3 multiple.

Including the boundaries? Obviously need to consider two things in such situations - boundaries, and rounding.

Yes, it is a GMAT trap. I use always a formula:

N=\frac{Ne-Nb}{d}+1

100..200: N=\frac{198-102}{3}+1=33

99..199: N=\frac{198-99}{3}+1=34
