Answer A:

(2a+b)/(a+b) = (a+a+b)/(a+b) = a/(a+b) + 1

From A: we have a/(a+b) = 7/3...hence we can solve for it....
B does not provide us enough information about a...

hence A is the answer....

A. if the first equation is a/(a+b)=7, but if it is 3a/(a+b)=7 then the answer is C
