I go for A.

1) only 1! is odd (x! = 1*2*...*x , if x>1, X! is always the factor of 2 which always be even)--> suff
2) x is any even --> not suff

so answer should be C IMO

By fst x! is ODD possible value of x is 0 or 1
But by 2nd x is even .

So combining two the value of x is 0. Hence the answer!

I've just returned to this post. I confirm that 0 is even not odd, pls see from this below statement (from wikipedia)
An even number is an integer that is "evenly divisible" by 2, i.e., divisible by 2 without remainder Examples of even numbers are −4, 8, 0, and 42.

Stmnt 1: X can be 0 or 1 Insuff
Stmnt 2: X cn be any integer greater than 1 Insuff
Combining X = 0 Suff
Hence ans is C

sorry for my misunderstanding. I forgot that 0! is 1. Then C is correct.
