Please explain how you arrived at your answer.

Hallo remgeo,
from A X^4=IXI possible solutions 1,-1 and 0 (SubstituteIXI=+/-X)
NOT SUFF
From B X^2>X or X^2-X>0 or X*(X-1)>0
Either X>0 and X>1 which means X>1
OR X<0 and X<1 which means X<0
For B X(-inf;0) & (1;+inf)-NOT SUFF
FROM both x=-1 so C

1: -1, 0, 1
2: Almost any number not in the range 0<=x<=1

1+2: gives us the intersection that is -1

Hence, C!
