15 % of 1 = (15/100) * 1 = 15/100

To determine what percentage of 15 this is :

[15][/100*15] *100 = 1%

15% of x = 15% of 1

So, 15% of x = 15% of 1

So, x = 1


Answer is (D)

Let, x percent of 15 is 15 percent of 1

i.e. (x/100)*15 = (15/100)*1

i.e. x = 1

Answer: Option D
