The term 'Global MBA' is applied differently by different B-schools. Some refer to the international aspect of their programs (i.e. the option to be able to study in more than one campus across countries and usually continents), some others refer to the international nature of their intake (good mix of local and international students), while yet others refer to the fact that their program includes a good mix of courses on international business.

Wikipedia will give you a good sense of the different kinds of MBA programs on offer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Master_of_Business_Administration). See the section on the types of MBA programs within this article.

You do not need work experience for your pursuing your under graduation from SP Jain, however, you do need 3+ years of work experience to do your post graduation from there

That is because SP Jain is offering this unique feature of studying in three different countries and getting a global perspective. The degree you would be receiving is an Australian degree.
