What's New at GMAT Club? [#permalink]
28 Feb 2009, 13:15
There is always so much going on in the forums that it is hard to keep track of changes and additions. There are also projects taking place behind the scenes that may not be visible on the forum, such as work around the tests. In this thread I will attempt to post all the latest developments and additions to this site, but there are so many that I undoubtedly will miss some - if you stumble upon a cool new thread, a great sticky post, or an initiative by members, please post it here. I encourage you to subscribe to this thread. If you have any questions about the thread or the site, please post them in this forum.

I think the question you should be asking is not only is it close to the real experience, but what level of difficulty are you aiming for?? It's quite possible that somebody that scores 99% V will give you a different response than somebody that scores 70% V. I think if you can frame it the way that MGMAT does (700-800 level, 600-700 level, etc), that would be helpful as you analyze your results and create new questions.

How cloose is this question to the Real GMAT or Official Guide? Is not close at all Is not close Is average/undecided Is close Is exact match Somebody that regularly scores 99% V may say "Is not close", when a person that scores 70% V may say "Is close" if the difficultly level is a 650 level question. Reason being is that the 99% V person isn't seeing 650 difficulty level questions on the exam. I suppose that's what I was getting at. Make sense?
