Shalom everybody ! :)

What is the difference between Kaplan's "Gmat 2005-2006" and "Kaplan 800 (2006)"?
Is one of the books lacking some material for a complete practice?
Is it crucial to buy a 2007 print now that it's available?
whould it have more tips (or fewer imperfections)?

thanx in advance..

Shalom!

Kaplan Gmat 2005 and 2006 is almost the same... 2006 has better quality paper!

However Kaplan 800 has better strategies explained... Some of the questions are different, though most of the questions are repetition of what is in GMAT 2005/6.

Actually Kaplan 2004 is also almost the same as Kaplan 2005/6.

okay,
"better quality paper"... "almost the same"...

So, should I buy Kaplan 800 or leave it for after I've used up all the practice resources from the "regular" Kaplan
(or some other book you recommend..)?

Is it essentially a sufficient study material in comparison to the "regular" kaplan? (assuming you also use the OG and "cracking" or something).
Would you recommend someone to study from the "regular" one before advancing to the 800 (more demanding) one?
(or combined.. or whatever.. I'm freaking out here...! these books are mighty expensive here in the middle east...
I guess it's the overseas delivery taxation).

I thought the Kaplan 800 book is supposed to have even tougher questions....?

I have seen several of the Kaplan 800 questions in the regular Kaplan book.

But the strategy to answer the question seems to be more detailed in the Kaplan 800.
