So much about the MBA program you attend is not just about program specialization but about fit. You can begin your desired consulting career with any of these specializations from all the top MBA programs, but where do you really want to be? There's nothing worse than selecting a program that is wrong for your style--the MBA should be an amazing experience!
Here's some things to maybe explore that may be more important than specific specialization you select: professors' expertise in industry and ability to work with those professors, the ability to take on new initiatives to solidify your expertise, companies that actively recruit on campus which may offer opportunities for additional work and projects while enrolled, etc.
The point is, all of the specializations you've identified can be effective in helping you reach your career goals--and it's not clear that one specialization will be more effective than another. But the work you do while in your selected program will likely matter much more.
