Some uni has no minumum GMAT score requirement. Harvard is one! They look at the whole profile, so if you have a story to tell allow the essays to do it rather than the GMAT. There are options with a 640 score just need to do a bit of research with the schools and a lot of effort with the essays.

The other option is to resit the GMAT exam.

Shashank,

Many applicants retake the GMAT- in fact it has become a norm to do that! B-schools consider your highest GMAT score. My advice to you will be to retake it and increase your chances of admission to better b-schools.

If you are interested in America, Emporia State University offers an MBA program with several concentrations. It's accredited and your GMAT score will suffice. I am graduating from there this December. If you are interested you can find the website online.
