You can use something like Quantnet Application Tracker (quantnet. com/tracker) which is free to use and you can track as many applications as you want. You can watch other applications from the same school and get updated when the author update the timeline.
The Tracker is currently used for Financial Engineering, math finance programs but if there are enough interest, you can contact Quantnet and ask them to add more MBA programs to the list.

in this technology driven world, there's still nothing better than pen and pad. the process of writing something down in and of itself helps me to remember. but for the most part, i use notes scattered all over my coffee table, memory, and constant reviews of each part of my app when i log onto the applyyourself system.

I find Microsoft One Note as one of the best! Finally, something from Microsoft that didn't need 4-5 iterations to get right.
