Age - 30/31
Gender - Female
Undergrad - 2.8 from University of Texas at Austin, Computer Engineering
Part-time Masters in Engineering - 3.7 from a local university
Work Exp - 9 years as an engineer in the silicon valley in Fortune 500 companies
Post-MBA - Product management, business development etc in Tech

Given your goals, I'd focus on schools that are very strong in tech or have an established track record of placing students in tech. You may want to start your research with GSB, Sloan, Haas, Anderson, Ross, and Tepper. Keep in mind that schools like GSB, Sloan, and Haas will be very difficult given your undergraduate GPA, although that is somewhat mitigated by your significant work experience.
