If the height of the tree increases by x each year:

At the end of 6 years the height = 4 + 4x
At the end of 6 years the height = 4 + 6x

As per stem:

4 + 6x = 4 + 4x + (1/5 * (4 + 4x))

Solving x = 2/3

(6/5)(4+4x) = 4+6x, solve for x, x = 2/3

Answer is D
