when added 10X, the resulting figure is (5y+1) times of the original value. what is the original value in terms of x and y?

according to my understanding :

z: original value

z+ 10x = (5y+1)z
10x-5yz=0

z = 2x/y

a+10x = 5ya + a
10x = 5ya ; a = 2x/y
