when Rhyme is not here...!!! [#permalink]

because the superb editor is on honeymoon and I don't know when he will come back, I have to reach out for help.
I am writing a letter to admission committee. But because I am going to mention a very awkward issue, and I am also not really familiar with Eastern culture, would you guys please take a look, comments and give me some ideas. This is important to me and I have to send it on Monday, so I can not wait for Rhyme. I will really appreciate if you guys can help me out.
(It's less than 1 page long and less than 400 words).
