When should I apply? [#permalink]

I just graduated from UCLA with a degree in Psychology. I attended community college before this where I had a 3.9 (an emergency medicine class got in the way of the 4.0!) and then at UCLA I had a 3.4. My only work experience is working in academic advising at UCLA but I have done significant psychological research. I'm currently projecting around 700 on the GMAT and will be taking the exam in December! My question however, is, when should I apply? In an ideal world I would want to go to business school immediately but I also want to try for a top 25 school. Any advice would be great!

Get a job and get experience if you want to apply. As an undergrad you can enter any career now and then figure out if an mba is necessary. Shoot for applying 2 years from now (3 year work exp at matriculation) as a minimum _________________
