Where is the best MBA on Leadership?! [#permalink]

I brought up this issue... because from what i heard none of the Universities will teach you the best way to lead. People don't work in gangs anymore, and jobs are not so searched.. for the ones with MBA in Leadership. I heard that in Japan you can teach you more about Leadership...they have a different culture.. off course who know japanese.  For example: what means social responsabilities for YOU??

Nah, Japan is still traditionally hierarchical and people are promoted based on age and loyalty rather than ability.
It`s slowly changing but this culture is still prevalent.

I'm not necessarily talkin about working there, i'm talking also about learning out there... about the great potential de develop your abilities at a different level.
