TeHCM, wouldn't "While" be better than Where?


For the most part, the use of 'while' would indicate two events happening simultaneously. As you can see, this is not the case in this sentence that's why I think 'where' should be used.

Besides, the rest of choices have other errors besides the use of 'while'

TeHCM , i thot in this angle... while once and the meaning conveyed by the sentence and where once and the meaning...

Where once seemed to be more right... ! so i picked A , btw A and B

in B- "had" is missing to show that the action happened in the past.

Can i be right?
