Which Admissions Consultant? [#permalink] New post 13 Nov 2010, 19:52
Though it's early in the process, I really want to secure an MBA Admissions Consultant service.

I've googled it a million times, and have come up with all sorts of different companies. They all typically claim the same thing, and I'm having trouble finding the best service...

Specifically, I'm looking for a personal experience in which I work with someone on everything but most importantly essays, and my entire admissions package (I'm currently doing GMAT prep). I'm specifically really interested in HBS, Stanford, Columbia, Wharton, and maybe Chicago.

Which admissions consultant service do you all recommend?

applesauce123,

If you don't mind me tooting my own horn, I can recommend myself. I am the author of the popular MBA admissions book, "Great Applications for Business School" and have helped hundreds of applicants get admitted to the top business schools (including HBS, Stanford, Columbia, Wharton, and Chicago) year in and year out since 1997. I work directly with you throughout the process (no handing off to a nameless editor), I offer rates significantly lower than the major admissions consultants (because, unlike them, I don't need to split my fee) and I offer a success guarantee. I'd be glad to give you a free initial consult if you send your resume to me at paulbodine@yahoo.com. Check out the testimonials of my satisfied clients at http://www.paulsbodine.com.

Hello applesauce123,

I also wanted to introduce myself to you because I provide the same kind of help you are looking for. I provide a very personal and customized application assistance, which can range from light touch to heavy touch on the essays, based on your preferences. I do all of the work myself, and my rates are very competitive for the type of support I provide. I guarantee turnaround times on essays within 48 hours and offer a rush package which would entitle you to 24 hour turnarounds. Please contact me if you would like to have an initial discussion to give you an idea of how I work with my clients. I can provide references and I currently have clients that I placed into most of the top programs. Best of luck during your process and I hope to hear from you.
