Hi everyone,
I got my bachelor degree in business administration (Bocconi University, Italy), and I'm now preparing GMAT in order to start a Master of Science program next September.
Few things about me: I'm passionate about technology and hi-tech markets, as well as marketing, new product development, and web services (included Apps, games...). Long story short, I want to end up working in this field (no bank, no consulting), and I want to build an international curriculum and career.
Now the problems...
Firstly, I have to decide the Country and the University. I'm orientated to Canada, but I'm considering each possible option, so I thank you in advance for advising.
For the moment, the programs that seem to me interesting, are (in order):
1) Marketing Management
2) Management of Innovation
3) International Management
Secondly, I don't know exactly how it's going to work the conversion of my final score, but I don't have high GPA, even though my University is for sure the most well known in Italy (in this field).
Moreover, the "references letter" are an unusual system to me, and I have to better figure out how to ask for them..
I wonder if all this could compromise my application.
Finally, I got work experiences while studying: I'm the founder of a web-based project who gave me insights into digital marketing and managing a team, I've been writing for one year on a well-known national newspaper (hi-tech articles), I'm the author of a book, and I worked in a real estate company.
Nowadays I'm getting deeper into the knowledge of App developing and working on a new project.
That's all, i think. Thanks everyone for any possible answer!
Regards.
