Okies make a common base,

LCM is 30.

So, the first one becomes (1024)^1/30.

Second one becomes, (3125)^1/30

Third one becomes, (1000)^1/30.

Fourth one becomes, (900)^1/30.

So the least is fourth one.

So answer is , E.
