In today’s pluralistic society, textbook publishers find themselves in an increasingly uncomfortable position. Since the schools are regarded as a repository of society’s moral and cultural values, each group within society wishes to prevent any material that offends its own values from appearing in textbooks. Since the is a diversity of different groups within the community and text authors have to rely on the goodwill of those communities, the material has to become neutral as a consequence. therefore (B)! cheers

since they want to sell books, but they want to appease everyone they will have to make the content neutral as not to find anyone, but therefore bland
