IMO a clear C,
the passage expresses various concerns, all on the pattern of television coverages, so it will only be logical to complete the sentence with a statement that repairs the shortcomings of the television coverage.

A,B,E are out of scope and D focuses on totally different form of solution to educate people, while TV will keep doing what they do....
