take one and start comparing its value with otherone and discard the one that is small and then compare the bigger one with next choice.....and continue till you get the last one.......

IMO, Shortest is making denominators same (2^3*5^3) and compare numerators:

A. 60
B.5
C.56
D.62
E.61
